What gets deleted

Your account profile (name, email, sign-in provider ID)
Your subscription record and credit balance
Your in-app preferences and history references
Crash and analytics data linked to your account

What does NOT get deleted

Files in your Google Drive or OneDrive. Generated resumes that we saved to your own cloud drive belong to you. They remain in your Drive after account deletion. You can delete them yourself directly in Google Drive or OneDrive.
Purchase and billing records for the US$0.99 paid app download, the Pro subscription, and any credit top-ups, retained for tax/financial-law compliance (typically 7 years).
Anonymized aggregate analytics that cannot be tied back to you.

Cancel your Pro subscription first. Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active Pro subscription on the App Store or Google Play. Please cancel via your store account before submitting this form, otherwise Apple or Google may continue to bill you.

Account deletion does not entitle you to a refund. The US$0.99 paid download, the Pro subscription, and the Uplift / Boost credit top-ups are all processed by Apple or Google as the merchant of record. We cannot issue refunds for any in-app purchase. Refund requests must be made directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Deleting your account also forfeits any unused credits (starter, Pro monthly, or top-up) without compensation.

Three ways to delete your account

Option 1 — In the app (fastest): open the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, and confirm.

Option 2 — This web form: fill in the form below. We will verify your identity using the email associated with your account, and process your deletion within 30 days.

Option 3 — Email: send "Delete my account" from your registered email to jd@ezerapp.com.

I understand that files saved to my Google Drive or OneDrive will not be deleted by this request — those files belong to me and I will delete them myself if I wish.

I confirm that I am the owner of this account and have authority to request its deletion.

What happens next

We receive your request and verify it matches your registered email.
Within 30 days, your account and personal data are permanently erased from our active systems.
Backup copies (if any) are overwritten on the next backup rotation cycle (typically within 90 days).
You receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
