How does Resume AI Optimizer work?

Paste any job posting into the app, upload your existing resume (PDF, Word, or plain text), and our AI instantly rewrites your resume to match that specific role — using your real experience.

Is my resume stored on your servers?

No. Your resume is never stored on our servers. All files are saved directly to your own Google Drive or OneDrive account.

What file formats can I upload?

PDF, Word (.docx), plain text, and even a photo of your resume. The app reads all formats.

What's the difference between Standard and Pro?

Standard gives you 6 resume optimizations per month. Pro gives you 25 optimizations per month plus batch processing — optimize one resume for up to 15 different job postings at the same time.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone to cancel at any time.

The app isn't signing me in. What should I do?

Make sure you have a stable internet connection. The app uses Google or Microsoft sign-in — ensure your chosen account is active. If the issue persists, delete and reinstall the app, then try again.

My credits didn't reset. What do I do?

Credits reset on your subscription renewal date. If you believe there's an error, email us with your Apple ID and we'll look into it right away.

Can I use the app in my language?

Yes. Resume AI Optimizer is available in 20 languages including Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, Turkish, and more.
